Welcome to Loxtel, a digital platform operated by Capella Global Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U79900KL2024PTC085828).
By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use our platform.

User Responsibilities

Payment Terms
All payments made for registration, processing, or service fees are subject to the applicable refund policy mentioned for each service category.
Charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Loxtel reserves the right to revise prices, fees, or charges at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with our Services Refund Policy, which covers each service type (Hotel Booking, Property Management, Matrimonial, Job Consulting, and Education Consulting).
Eligible refunds will be issued within 45 days of verification and approval through the original payment method.
Service Limitations
Loxtel acts as an intermediary platform connecting users, service providers, and clients.
We are not responsible for:

The conduct, quality, or performance of third-party service providers.

Any indirect loss, delay, or damage caused due to external factors beyond our control (including natural disasters, policy changes, or system outages).
Confidentiality & Data Protection
We value your privacy. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share or sell your data without your consent, except when required by law or government authorities.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:

Posting or transmitting any false, misleading, or defamatory information.

Demanding or engaging in dowry-related activities (punishable under Indian law).

Misusing our platform for fraudulent job offers, rentals, or marriage proposals.

Copying or distributing proprietary content without authorization.
Intellectual Property
All logos, names, designs, trademarks, and digital content appearing on the Loxtel platform are the property of Capella Global Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Loxtel and its parent company, Capella Global Pvt. Ltd., shall not be liable for:

Any direct or indirect loss resulting from use or inability to use our services.

Misrepresentation or non-performance by third-party providers.

Errors or delays caused by technical issues or external platforms.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform or any of its services without prior notice if a user violates our policies or misuses our services.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India.
The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be the courts of Kerala.
Warranty Coverage
The product is covered by a ten-year replacement warranty against manufacturing or technical defects. In addition, customers are entitled to a one-time coverage of twenty percent of the product value for physical damage, which includes damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or tampering. This coverage is limited to a single instance during the warranty period and cannot be claimed multiple times. Warranty claims must be supported with proper documentation and subject to verification by the company.
Installation and Exclusions
Professional installation, along with basic software training, will be provided by the company’s technical team. However, civil-related tasks such as carpentry, unloading, storage, electrical wiring, painting, or any other structural modifications are not included in the installation service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is ready and suitable before the scheduled installation date. Any additional work required beyond the scope of installation will be at the customer’s expense.
Delivery Timeline
The company undertakes to complete delivery within ten working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and logistical conditions. Customers will be notified in advance in case of unavoidable delays due to transportation issues, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.
Post-Warranty Support
After the warranty period, customers may continue to receive service support from the company. This support is available without an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). However, all costs for spare parts, labor, travel, and other associated expenses will be charged as per actual work requirements and prevailing company rates at the time of service.
Credit Terms
For approved credit purchases, the customer is required to settle the full payment on or before the agreed due date. Overdue payments, delays, or returned cheques will result in penalties as applicable under company policy. Invoices will clearly state the payment schedule, and adherence is mandatory to avoid disruption of services.The mechanical override key, provided as part of the locking system, will be issued only after full clearance of outstanding credit payments. In the event of delayed or non-payment, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend software access, updates, and warranty services until all dues are fully settled.
Authorized Payment Accounts
All payments must be made exclusively to the official company bank accounts as communicated in invoices or formal correspondence. The company will not be liable for payments made to unauthorized individuals, agents, or third-party accounts. Customers are encouraged to retain proof of payment for all transactions.

Capella Global Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U79900KL2024PTC085828. The company was officially established on 25 January 2024 and maintains its registered office at No. 9/22, Pranavam Building, Palayam, Mamba, Kannur, Kerala ‒ 670611, India. All corporate compliance and filings are overseen by ROC Ernakulam, which serves as the Registrar of Companies for this entity.
Amendments
Loxtel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from purchases, payments, services, or warranties will fall strictly under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala, and will be governed by the laws of India. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this jurisdiction clause.
